Affiliate Marketing Income.

Affiliate Marketing Income

My name is Dale Turner. I am a retired pastor who began ministry in 1963. My wife Lois and I have a decent retirement income, but we wanted to make a little more income in retirement to increase our estate for our children. We were hoping to invest in a Roth IRA but needed a valid income source in order to qualify for that type of investment. As we searched the internet for ideas on how to make income working from home, we discovered Affiliate Marketing. A question immediately came up. “Is $8000. Monthly 5 Hours Weekly realistic?”

We also discovered that many average people, working from home in their spare time, are making a very impressive income from this idea. Some are college students, or recent college graduates seeking to pay off college loans. Others are midlife families seeking to beat the daily grind and retire early. Others, like us, are retirees wanting to increase their retirement nest egg.

So, can this be done successfully in five hours weekly? Probably not! At first it could be done in ten hours weekly for the first six months. After two years’ worth of building up an Affiliate site, I believe that it could be maintained in three hours per week with a monthly income of $5000. to $8,000. if everything is done right!

As we searched the internet, we discovered some very outrageous and some very misguiding information regarding Affiliate Marketing. There are people saying that we can make thousands of dollars per month working just a couple hours a week from home and begin to see our income stream start in just a few weeks! Wrong! We did extensive research on this topic and discovered the truth! Here is what we learned.

Affiliate Marketing Income

Affiliate Marketing is advertising programs run by companies that want to increase their sales by offering commissions to individuals who advertise their products on personal blogs or websites. The affiliate selects the products or services they want to promote after joining an affiliate program. Depending on the agenda, these could be anything from physical products to digital services. The affiliate promotes them on their website, blog, social media channels, email newsletters, or other platforms.

This is typically done by creating content relevant to the product or service and embedding affiliate links within this content. The affiliate earns a commission when a visitor clicks on one of these affiliate links and purchases or completes a desired action (like signing up for a service). This is tracked using a unique code in the affiliate link, which identifies the affiliate to the company. After about three years $8000. Monthly 5 Hours Weekly!? is possible.

The company then pays the affiliate a percentage of the sale or a fixed amount for each lead generated.  Affiliate marketing benefits both the affiliate and the company. The company gets increased sales or leads without having to do the promotional work themselves, and the affiliate earns money by promoting products or services they believe in.

The customer does not pay for the Affiliate’s commission. The company whose product is promoted pays the commission to the affiliate out of its advertising budget.
